The eShop shipping costs of Anton Klocke Antriebstechnik GmbH at a glance. Klocke delivers free of charge via UPS all over Germany from an order value of 75,- €. If you place your online shop order before 11.00 a.m. on a working day, we will ship your goods on the same working day, provided that we have the goods in stock.

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and holidays. In case of self-collection, we will inform you about the provision of the goods as well as the collection options. In this case, of course, you will not be charged shipping costs. Notes for orders from abroad: In order for us to be able to supply you VAT-free, we need your VAT identification number. Please provide it during your registration.
Free shipping by UPS nationwide from 75,-€
If you order online in our eShop and have reached an order value of 75,- €, we will ship the goods free of charge to you anywhere in Germany. Exceptions are freight forwarding and bulky goods.
Order before 11:00 will be shipped the same day
If you submit your order online by 11:00 am on weekdays (Monday to Friday), we will ship the goods the same day with UPS. Stock is a prerequisite here.
Forwarding and bulky goods
For deliveries by a freight forwarder, for bulky goods and heavy goods, we charge you shipping costs. From an order value of 1.000,- € we deliver free of charge all over Germany. Bulky goods are marked as such in the item description.
Delivery times
Unless otherwise stated in the item description, the delivery of the goods in Germany within 3 - 5 days, for foreign deliveries within 5 - 10 days after order confirmation (in case of agreed prepayment after the date of your payment instruction).
Self collection
In case of self-collection, we will inform you by e-mail about the provision of the goods and the collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
Minimum order value
Currently, a minimum order value of 15,-€, plus VAT, applies to orders in the eShop.
Deliveries abroad - worldwide
We supply you with the largest and fastest parcel service provider UPS. Thus, we determine the optimal shipping costs for you according to your region, which you can view directly in the shopping cart. For all deliveries abroad we calculate shipping costs by weight. In order for us to be able to deliver to you free of sales tax, we need your sales tax identification number. Please enter it during your registration.
