Sollten Sie Ihre Onlineshopbestellung bis 11.00 Uhr Werktags tätigen, versenden wir Ihre Ware – Lagerbestand vorausgesetzt – noch am selben werktag.

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and holidays. In case of self-collection, we will inform you about the provision of the goods as well as the collection options. In this case, of course, you will not be charged shipping costs. Notes for orders from abroad: In order for us to be able to supply you VAT-free, we need your VAT identification number. Please provide it during your registration.

Bestellen Sie online in unserem eShop und haben einen Auftragswert von 100,- € erreicht, so versenden wir die Ware deutschlandweit kostenfrei zu Ihnen. Ausgenommen sind Speditions- und Sperrgüter.
Order before 11:00 will be shipped the same day
If you submit your order online by 11:00 am on weekdays (Monday to Friday), we will ship the goods the same day with UPS. Stock is a prerequisite here.
Forwarding and bulky goods
For deliveries by a freight forwarder, for bulky goods and heavy goods, we charge you shipping costs. From an order value of 1.000,- € we deliver free of charge all over Germany. Bulky goods are marked as such in the item description.
Delivery times
Unless otherwise stated in the item description, the delivery of the goods in Germany within 3 - 5 days, for foreign deliveries within 5 - 10 days after order confirmation (in case of agreed prepayment after the date of your payment instruction).
Self collection
In case of self-collection, we will inform you by e-mail about the provision of the goods and the collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
Minimum order value
Aktuell gilt für Bestellungen im eShop ein Mindestauftragswert von 50,-€, zzgl. MwSt.
Deliveries abroad - worldwide
We supply you with the largest and fastest parcel service provider UPS. Thus, we determine the optimal shipping costs for you according to your region, which you can view directly in the shopping cart. For all deliveries abroad we calculate shipping costs by weight. In order for us to be able to deliver to you free of sales tax, we need your sales tax identification number. Please enter it during your registration.
