Of these, 8,000 items are permanently in stock: from O-rings to rolling bearings. But we also stock customer-specific special parts with guaranteed delivery times from stock for our premium customers.

Reverse Engineering

Als Experten für Reverse Engineering und additive Fertigung arbeiten wir mit modernster 3D-Scantechnologie und fortschrittlichen 3D-Druckern.

Unser spezialisiertes Team nutzt 3D-Scanning, um physische Objekte präzise zu digitalisieren und mit unserer 3D-Drucktechnologie oder CNC-Zerspanungsmaschinen in die Realität umzusetzen. Selbst die komplexesten Bauteile reproduzieren und  optimieren wir mit dieser modernen Technologie. Durch den Einsatz von additivem 3D-Druck können wir schnell und effizient Prototypen und Endprodukte herstellen.

Reverse Engineering

Akustik - SoundCam

Eine akustische Kamera lokalisiert schnell und genau störende Geräusche bei Anlagen. Lärmprobleme bei Maschinen erfordern oft aufwändige Ursachenforschung aufgrund ihrer Komplexität.

Maschinenakustik ist besonders herausfordernd, z.B. bei Aluminiumbearbeitung. Schallschutz-Verkleidungen sind eine Lösung, wenn Platz vorhanden ist. Akustische Kameras helfen, Schallquellen effektiv zu lokalisieren und Lösungen abzuleiten. Der Sound Scanner identifizierte innerhalb weniger Stunden entscheidende Schallquellen. Nach Verbesserungen konnte er die erfolgreiche Neutralisierung der Schwachstellen dokumentieren.
