§ 1 Information on the collection of personal data

(1) We inform you in the following about the collection of personal data when using our website. Personal data is all data that can be related to you personally, e.g. name, address, e-mail addresses, user behavior.

(3) When you contact us by e-mail or via a contact form, the data you provide (your e-mail address, name and telephone number, if applicable) will be stored by us in order to answer your questions. We delete the data accruing in this context after the storage is no longer necessary or restrict the processing if there are legal retention obligations.

(1) You have the following rights against us regarding the personal data concerning you:

  • Right to information,
  • Right to rectification or deletion,
  • Right to restriction of processing,
  • Right to object to processing,
  • Right to data portability.

(2) You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority about the processing of your personal data by us.

§ 3 Collection of personal data when visiting our website

(1) In the case of mere informational use of the website, i.e. if you do not register or otherwise transmit information to us, we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. If you wish to view our website, we collect the following data, which is technically necessary for us to display our website to you and to ensure stability and security (legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f DS-GVO):

  • IP address
  • Date and time of the request
  • Time zone difference from Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)
  • Content of the request (concrete page)
  • Access status/HTTP status code
  • Data volume transferred in each case
  • Website from which the request comes
  • Browser
  • Operating system and its interface
  • Language and version of the browser software.

(2) In addition to the aforementioned data, cookies are stored on your computer when you use our website. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your hard drive assigned to the browser you are using and through which the body that sets the cookie (here by us), certain information flows. Cookies cannot execute programs or transfer viruses to your computer. They are used to make the Internet offer as a whole more user-friendly and effective.

a) This website uses the following types of cookies, the scope and functionality of which are explained below:

  • Transient cookies (for this b)
  • Persistent cookies (in addition c).

b) Transient cookies are automatically deleted when you close the browser. These include in particular the session cookies. These store a so-called session ID, with which various requests of your browser can be assigned to the common session. This allows your computer to be recognized when you return to our website. f) The Flash cookies used are not collected by your browser, but by your Flash plug-in. Furthermore, we use HTML5 storage objects that are stored on your terminal device. These objects store the required data independently of the browser you are using and have no automatic expiration date. If you do not want Flash cookies to be processed, you must install an appropriate add-on, e.g. "Better Privacy" for Mozilla Firefox (https://addons.mozilla.org/de/firefox/addon/betterprivacy/) or the Adobe Flash Killer cookie for Google Chrome. You can prevent the use of HTML5 storage objects by using private mode in your browser. We also recommend that you manually delete your cookies and browser history on a regular basis.

§ 4 Orders via our website

(1) You can place orders via our website by registering in our store as a customer for future orders. A registration has the advantage for you that you can log in directly with your e-mail address and password in our store in case of a future order without having to enter your contact details again.

(2) Your personal data is entered in an input mask and transmitted to us and stored. If you place an order via our website, we first collect the following data in the event of registration in the store:

  • Salutation, first name, last name,
  • a valid e-mail address,
  • Address,
  • Telephone number (landline and/or mobile).

The collection of this data takes place,

  • to be able to identify you as our customer;
  • to be able to process, fulfill and handle your order;
  • for correspondence with you;
  • for invoicing;
  • for the settlement of any existing liability claims, as well as the assertion of any claims against you;
  • to ensure the technical administration of our website;
  • to manage our customer data.

As part of the ordering process, consent is obtained from you for the processing of this data.

(3) The data processing is carried out in response to your order and/or registration and is necessary for the aforementioned purposes for the appropriate processing of your order and for the mutual fulfillment of obligations arising from the purchase contract in accordance with Article 6 (1) sentence 1 b) DS-GVO. The personal data collected by us for the processing of your order will be stored until the expiry of the legal obligation to retain data and then deleted, unless we are obliged under Article 6 para 1 p. 1 c) DS-GVO due to tax and commercial law storage and documentation obligations (from HGB, StGB or AO) to a longer storage or you have consented to a further storage under Art. 6 para 1 p. 1 a) DS-GVO.

(4) Your personal data will only be passed on to third parties by us to the service partners involved in the processing of the contract, such as the logistics company commissioned with the delivery and the credit institution commissioned with payment matters. In cases where your personal data is passed on to third parties, however, the scope of the data transferred is limited to the minimum required.

(5) When paying via PayPal, credit card via PayPal, direct debit via PayPal or "purchase on account" via PayPal, we pass on your payment data to PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (hereinafter "PayPal") as part of the payment processing. PayPal reserves the right to conduct a credit check for the payment methods credit card via PayPal, direct debit via PayPal or "purchase on account" via PayPal. PayPal uses the result of the credit check with regard to the statistical probability of non-payment for the purpose of deciding on the provision of the respective payment method. The credit report may contain probability values (so-called score values). Insofar as score values are included in the result of the credit report, they have their basis in a scientifically recognized mathematical-statistical procedure. Among other things, address data is included in the calculation of the score values. (5) Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties for purposes other than those mentioned above.

We also share your personal information with third parties only if:

  • you have given your express consent to this in accordance with Art. 6 (1) p. 1 a) DS-GVO,
  • the disclosure is necessary in accordance with Art. 6 (1) p. 1 f) DS-GVO for the assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding legitimate interest in the non-disclosure of your data,
  • in the event that a legal obligation exists for the disclosure pursuant to Art. 6 (1) p. 1 c) DS-GVO, as well as
  • this is legally permissible and necessary according to Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 b) DS-GVO for the processing of contractual relationships with you.

As part of the ordering process, consent is obtained from you to share your data with third parties.

§ 5 Use of Google Analytics

(1) This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc ("Google"). Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. In the event that IP anonymization is activated on this website, however, your IP address will be truncated beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator.

(2) The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other data from Google.

(3) You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. You can also prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) to Google and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de.

(4) This website uses Google Analytics with the extension "_anonymizeIp()". This means that IP addresses are processed in abbreviated form, which means that personal references can be ruled out. Insofar as the data collected about you is related to a person, this is therefore immediately excluded and the personal data is thus immediately deleted.

(5) We use Google Analytics to analyze and regularly improve the use of our website. The statistics obtained enable us to improve our offer and make it more interesting for you as a user. For the exceptional cases in which personal data is transferred to the USA, Google has submitted to the EU-US Privacy Shield, https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework. The legal basis for the use of Google Analytics is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f DS-GVO.

§ 6 Use of Albacross

On this website, data is collected and stored for marketing, market research and optimization purposes using Albacross technology from Albacross Nordic AB. From this data, usage profiles can be created under a pseudonym. For this purpose, so-called tracking scripts are used to collect company-related data. The data collected with these technologies will not be used to personally identify the visitor to this website without the separately granted consent of the person concerned and will not be merged with personal data about the bearer of the pseudonym.
